GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF LABOR ATLANTA, GA: Graphic Artist 10/1998-PRESENT
- Design various brochures, flyers, posters, and forms that advertise the Department of Labor’s services.
- Provide customer service to internal departments and field representatives.
- Manage the preflighting of various files using Acrobat 8 Professional that are sent to our in-house print shop and Rapid Copy Facility.
- In charge of trouble shooting files sent to the Digipath, and provide backup to the Rapid Copy Facility.
- Cross-trained the Purchasing Department on Optical Recognition Scanning (OCR).
- Research latest software needed for my department.

FEDEX/KINKO’S ATLANTA, GA: Graphics Consultant 1992 - 2006
- Served as Shift Leader managing all store operations.
- Helped lead store #1551 from regional ranking (5th) to top national ranking (8th out of 1000 stores) in 1st quarter of 2005.
- Operated all store equipment and provide service throughout various departments to provide optimal customer service.
- Key participant in 4th quarter sales in 2004, and received a cash reward.
