Their mission is to help people become debt free and to offer financial security. The job is to sell great priced yet good financial services. You do not need to be educated in finance to succeed in this business. In the beginning you will have a mentor that will help you become successful in the business and there is a website that offers many resources to aide you. This job is a challenge though, you must be self-motivated: you will be part of a team, but you will be working for yourself. Income is generated by sales of the financial services rather than hourly pay.
