• Occasional answering the phone & providing client service
• Appointment scheduling & email responses
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks that are given
• Some Personal Assistant duties (personal & business schedules, appointments, returning calls, etc.)
• Spanish as second language a +• Loyal, Honest & Mature
